This listing will only cover items coming from my shop. It does not cover other vendors you purchase from. Please note that if you upgraded your shipping to USPS Priority mail that type of shipping comes standard with $100 of insurance. Insurance will only cover the amount of which the items are worth so no do NOT purchase extra. (i.e. if you purchase $40 worth of items DO NOT purchase $200 in insurance)
Insuring your mail is inexpensive and provides protection for your orders and peace of mind for you. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders to protect your purchase in case of lost, damaged or stolen goods. Plugs by Ellie is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased.
Once your package has shipped, it is out of our hands, and in the care of USPS. Unfortunately, USPS has been known to occasionally lose packages, so we recommend adding insurance to protect your purchase. As a small business, we cannot afford to take on the expense of every package that gets lost, so if you do not add insurance, your package will not be refunded or replaced. Please note insurance does not cover late packages and we will not refund or resend your package simply because it is late.

All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received as photographs will be required. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to me (Plugs by Ellie) before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
--> Should your items be lost in transit please note we must wait 20 days before filing a claim, but please reach out to me ASAP as we may be able to recover the parcel with the assistance of USPS.
